Peachtree Catering (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a staff scheduling program that sends SMS text messages to team members about work shifts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect for that program and how we use it.

Information we collect

For our SMS program we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive shift-related text messages. We collect this information when you provide your number and agree to receive texts during staff onboarding.

How we use your information

We use your mobile number solely to send you work-related SMS notifications: available shifts you can claim, shift confirmations, and reminders for shifts you have accepted. We do not use it for marketing or promotional messaging.

Sharing of your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) strictly to operate the messaging program on our behalf. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will not send any further SMS messages. For help, text HELP or contact us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
